With access to pre-collapse research facilities and a fully operational technology lab within the Castle itself, USC continues to develop cutting-edge weaponry and experimental systems. The White Horse Alliance was forged from remnants of interior army reserve, emergency service members and local survivors determined to protect what remained of their communities. Named after the symbol of courage and leadership, the White Horse, the symbolism reflects a proud military heritage and the spirit of resilience in difficult times.
Composed of a diverse mix of individuals with varying skills, the Alliance thrives on resourcefulness, adaptability, and cooperation. While not as heavily funded or technologically advanced as the other factions, the Alliances' strength lies in ingenuity and determination.
